DO NOT BUY MACKIE-AMPEG Products

After MasterFader auto updated to v3.0 without prompting or warning, I contacted Loud Technology/Mackie. After being ignored for over a month, finally got an answer. Its updated will be previewed at NAMM 2015. (Jan 22-ish) and put on iTunes in February. In other words a dumbed down version of the MasterFader app will take 3-4 months later to release. Terrible customer support. Get the comparable QSC board for a little more...no iPad needed and better customer support.
