Waiting

When I first bought my Mackie it was great. Then like many others the auto update happened and new firmware installed. My iPad works great but my phone and band members no longer have any control. I called was told they were working on it. That was back Dec 19 and Im still waiting. Please if you do another system update do it all together! Not being able to use it the way it was sold to me is frustrating!
